#153 – Does Your Business Have An Effective System?

On this week’s episode of The Alden Report, I’m very excited to host Inc. 5000 Entrepreneur, Business Growth Evangelist, author/speaker and CEO Natasha Miller. Not your average entrepreneur, Natasha began her career in entertainment as a celebrated jazz artist with seven records released on her label, Poignant Records. In 2000, she single-handedly began building her multi-million dollar company Entire Productions which is an entertainment management company based in San Francisco producing events in major markets all over the world. With an emphasis in experience design, her company works closely with its clients to create an experience that expertly aligns their creative vision and budget from planning, designing, and producing in-person and virtual events to bringing in entertainment of every genre and discipline from local to headlining talent.

Ever focusing on her business growth, Natasha has studied business and entrepreneurship programs at Babson College, MIT and Harvard as well as having been taught, advised, and mentored by extremely smart, talented and dedicated leaders. She has also been asked to advise entrepreneurs by Inc. Magazine in their consultant’s corner at their conferences in addition to being interviewed and quoted in Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal to name a few.

As a “Business Growth Evangelist” she helps entrepreneurs scale, grow, and optimize their businesses efficiently by laying down a firm foundation, and teaching the things they might have skipped over while getting their business off the ground. She also advises on how important it is to have an effective system in place while your business scales which is something we talk a great deal about on this episode.

Thank you so much to Natasha for sharing her story on this week’s episode of The Alden Report.
